Man has long been concerned with the difficult question of whether his actions and actions are due to natural, historical, social, etc., or are they of his own free will and will? Human experience is evidence of the fact that, in addition to rational and narrative evidence, man also realizes through his own direct knowledge that he is a free being and that his actions are voluntary. Soha is one of the contemporary atheists who has devoted about fifteen pages of his nine hundred and thirty-three-page book called “Criticism of the Quran” to examining the verses of free will and predestination in the Holy Quran. The results of the research indicate that Soha, for various reasons, including a lack of a correct and deep understanding of certain teachings; Such as "monotheism of actions", "divine eternal knowledge and its compatibility with human voluntary actions" and "divine judgment and destiny" on the one hand, as well as the confusion between creational and legislative permission, and between creational and legislative error and the lack of attention to this strategic point that legislative and initial error by God is contrary to the ultimate wisdom of God and in conflict with the purpose and end of human creation, on the other hand, it has suffered from misunderstanding and fallacy of the core and the face, and could not achieve a comprehensive analysis of the verses of predestination and free will.
