Abstract
The confusion of alteration of Quran is one of the confusions directed against Quran by orientalists. Some of orientalist like Joyen Bell, John Burton, Jordon Darnel Newboy, and Shyri Loubin, by writing about distortion or other topics have discussed the issue of alteration in the encyclopedia of Quran. These individuals have quoted weak narrations which are transmitted by sunni Hashawias and shia akhbaries and have tried to prove their point in the encyclopedia of Quran. Some of the themes which these Orientalists have put forward to discredit the validty of Quran are as follows: elimination of the Khalaa and Hafd Chapters, Rajm (stonning) verse, some verses from the Ahzab, Toba and Noor chapters in Quran, destruction of some parts of Quran in the battle of yamama.. In this essay we have assessed and criticized these orientalists views and purity of Quran from alteration has been proved.
