All articles published in JQOPV are Open Access for all Iranian and international researchers and immediately freely available to read, download and share. Articles are published in the JQOPV title is under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License which permits users to read, print and download, redistribute or republish the article, download for text and data mining purposes and reuse portions or extracts from the article in other works. All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through a trustworthy software named iThenticate to be assured about its originality and then peer-reviewed by the international reviewers.
