The article “Biology as the Creation and Stages of Life” by Abul Fadhl Mohsin Ebrahim in the Leiden Encyclopaedia of the Qur’an describes the creation of the earth, the creation of Adam and Eve, and the process of human development from the viewpoint of the Qur’an. Due to its ambiguity and lack of comprehensiveness, the article has led to many doubts. This paper aims to evaluate the article in two ways: firstly, by providing a general review of the article and secondly, by presenting a critique of the issues discussed within it. Finally, after an in-depth study and analysis, the lack of proof for the alleged claims and the lack of practicality and integrity of the researcher in his research is made evident.
