The writer of the article after propounding the orientalists’ accounts on historical propositions of Quran labeling them as myths, points out some of the problems of such a theory. And subsequently delivers reasons and evidences to prove the cognitive aspect of the historical propositions of the Quran. He comes to this conclusion that there is not only a reason favoring such a motion but also there are a great deal of external evidences and internal textual proofs substantiating the cognition of the holy Quran’s historical propositions.
